For Live and Special Cinema Events you can book in advance through an external supplier called Ticketsolve. You firstly need to find the appropriate page for the show concerned and click on the “book now” button which will take you to the seating plan. Please make sure you are booking seats in the correct area. The stalls are downstairs and the circle is upstairs, as are the three boxes. When reaching the checkout please make sure to put in your correct details, particularly your email address. Following checkout, an email is sent containing a link to download and print your tickets, These are PDF documents, you will need to have Adobe Reader or similar installed on your computer. They can be recognised by the inclusion of a barcode and should be presented at the box office to gain admittance.

Your details will NOT be passed on to third parties.

For normal Cinema showing there are NO advanced booking arrangements. We have ample seating here so you just need to turn up prior to the start time and you will definitely get a seat. Start times as listed mean the start of the programme (including adverts and trailers) not the main film.

Please Note: There is a Transaction fee of 50p added to Tickets booked online, Tickets can be collected from the theatre during normal opening times or on the day of the performance by providing your confirmation email or name,  postcode & booking reference.

Refunds:
The Savoy is unable to offer refunds once tickets are purchased. However, we do recognise that from time to time emergencies occur which prevent attendance. If you are unable to attend an event the Savoy must be notified within 24 hours of the start time. No refunds will be feasible on the day of a performance. We will endeavour to re-sell any tickets handed back to us, but unsold Savoy tickets will be prioritised and sold first. If we re-sell the tickets you will be given a credit note towards purchase of tickets for a future event

Seating advice:
The Savoy has two seating areas – the stalls downstairs and the circle upstairs. Please be careful as to which area you book. We also have three dedicated wheelchair spaces which can only be booked in person or over the phone. Additionally upstairs we have three boxes which accommodate three people each.  If you are booking for children’s shows or are accompanied by children, you should avoid booking the front of the circle as the sightlines are awkward for small children (i.e. under 10-year-olds).

Food and Drink
The Savoy is fully licensed and you can take drinks into the auditorium to enjoy during the show. The Trust’s policy is to charge reasonable prices and to source as much food and drink as possible from local suppliers. The retailing of alcohol and confectionery is an important part of the Savoy’s business plan and for that reason, we ask audiences only to consume food and drink that is sold on the premises.

Parking:
The Savoy situated at the top of the town in Church Street close to St Mary’s Church at the corner of St Mary’s Street and Whitecross Street. The postcode for Sat Nav purposes is NP25 3BU. All parking restrictions in Monmouth are lifted after 5.00 pm. Prior to that, extended parking is available in Glendower Street car park close to Monmouth Boys School.

Disabled facilities:

Wheelchair Access – The Savoy has wheelchair access via the Bell Lane entry point. Please note that the circle is not available to wheelchair users. It is important for your convenience that wheelchair access is booked in advance to ensure the spaces are available and that access is arranged. You should arrive 15 minutes before the performance and an accompanying carer should notify the Box Office staff of your arrival.
